Payment Terms & Conditions

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all projects.
At 50% project completion, an additional 25% payment is due.
At 75% project completion, another 25% payment is required.
The remaining 25% balance is due upon final completion and delivery of the project.

All payments must be made according to this schedule unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Work will not proceed to the next stage without the scheduled payment.
